Goals of the Gas installers Association of South Africa:

• To promote and protect the interest of the gas installers in industry in Southern Africa
• To establish a governing body to ensure that the gas installer industry complies to local legislation and standards with industry audits and education.
• To present continued training and education to the installer industry and keeping the members abreast of changes in technology and standards.
• Promote the gas installer industry to the local government, public and industry at large by lobbying all related industries.
• Attend SABS working groups and technical forums to assist with gas installation related requirements and specifications.
• To liaise with other governing bodies in the gas industry.
